So, as I type, the Earth's sun is pointed directly at my eyeballs, actually, just my right eyeball, but nevertheless, the sheer brightness of it is burning the fucking retina right out of it. Oh sweet, a cloud just went over it, so my right eye will be ok for at least a few seconds. Damn. Cloud's gone. Feels like someone's holding a lit matchstick right against my cornea. Ok, cloud's back. Sun's back. Ok, it's rapidly going back and forth between blinding sunshine, and short relief. And while all of this is going on, I still haven't figured out anything interesting or important to write here in the WCUR forums. I have very little experience with internet forums, so I apologize in advance if this is a waste of your time, assuming you read the whole thing. I can say with some certainty, it is not a waste of my time, for my car is being inspected, I'm sitting around in my parent's house, and there's really nothing better for me to do. I suppose I could get back to work on that cure for cancer that I've been tooling around with, but I hit a roadblock on that last night when I discovered that cancer was actually fatal, and not just a monetary issue. So it's a little too soon to begin working on that again. Plus, the sun's in my eyes, and I really don't need that type of distraction when I'm trying to save thousands of dozens of thousands of lives. But who knows, maybe that kind of distraction could be the kickstart I need to open my experiments to whole new fields. I mean, Silly Putty was accidentally invented by someone trying to figure out the lyrics to "Louie, Louie". But then again, if I accidentally invent more Silly Putty while trying to cure cancer (sp?), I'll be a little pissed off, because some dickface already has the patent. But, I could end up inventing rocket shoes by accident. And while we all have dreamed of having rocket shoes, they've simply never been invented, especially rocket shoes that cure cancer. ANYWAY, I feel I've wasted enough of my time, as well as yours, but since my time is important and yours is not, I will take my leave, and go invent rocket shoes that cure cancer. With Silly Putty.
