|  Let the training begin!
Come out to Sykes Room 209 on Thursday February 3rd at 7 PM to find out how you can become a part of WCUR. This is a general meeting to discuss the new form of training we are using this semester.
This new "rolling" training allows you to join the program at any point during the semester, has few attendance requirements, and lets you finish training at your own pace. You could have your own show on West Chester University airwaves by next month, depending on how quickly or how relaxed you decide to finish 9 On-Air assignments, 1 hour-long seminar, 1 written test and 1 on-air test.

Happy Holidays

For anyone curious, the insanity you're currently hearing on our airwaves is our special way of wishing you and yours a happy Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, or whatever. We've picked the least offensive song to anyone not celebrating one or any of these holidays by selecting "Dogs Barking Jingle Bells," and instead of playing Christmas music all month long, we said just play 24 hours of the Dog Jingle Bells and get it all over with at once.

WEBCAM IS BACK UP PERVS
| It is specially positioned so that you may see the collective sweet asses of all the DJs here at WCUR. Remember to talk to people in our on-air studio: you can call at 610.436.2478 or creep them out online at WCUR917.
Oh, and get this: over finals week, Sykes is most definetely open until 2 in the morning...which means WCUR may be broadcasting late late late into the night this coming week. And then, of course, after that the webcam will be broadcasting nothing but a dark room and occasionally someone emptying the trash and vacuuming the floor. Until then, let us serve as your welcome distraction from studying. Good luck on finals.
